Wounded Warrior Regiment Call Center

We provide specialized case management for our nation’s wounded, ill, and injured Marines. Our 24/7 call center capabilities and social media community management services help ensure that our Marines receive the support they need during times of transition — whether returning to a parent unit or settling back into civilian life.

Military Community & Family Policy

Through comprehensive digital communications for the Department of Defense’s largest employee assistance program, Military OneSource, we helped improve the quality of life and readiness of military service members and their families.

Our management of 17 websites and online applications as well as 14 social media platforms delivered timely, audience-focused messages and resources to the military community worldwide 24/7/365.

We’ve continued our work with the Military Community and Family Policy by working with the DoD to transform the delivery of quality-of-life training, making the ability to access important tools and information easier for the entire military community.

We provide 24/7 access to counseling and peer support to help Marines and their families make the most of life in the Corps. From information and referrals to behavioral health counseling, we help our callers access the practical and emotional support they need to solve problems, avoid crises, and thrive.

DoD Be There Campaign

We raise the bar on outreach efforts that help prevent suicide among military service members. We launched the DoD’s #BeThere communication campaign and peer support program so service members can access the support they need — anytime, anywhere.

By seamlessly integrating the DoD’s military and civilian personnel messaging on the web and social media, we’re keeping the Department’s people at the center of the Total Force readiness conversation.

Career Transitions & Opportunities

GTSC™ actively supports the reintegration, education, and advancement of combatants in healthcare. We mobilize service members into meaningful careers in military health care after leaving active duty, providing access to the support needed and coaching them in 23 different career fields.

Military spouses also deserve the opportunity to take control of their future. We work to make this happen by coordinating the Military Spouse Employment Partnership annual meeting and providing them with access to quality, online content specifically designed to help them advance their education and careers.

Working with the DoD Office of Financial Readiness, GTSC™ provides members of the military community with the tools, resources, and information they need to build a brighter and more secure financial future.
