We provide specialized case management for our nation’s wounded, ill and injured Marines. Our 24/7 call center capabilities and social media community management services help ensure that our Marines receive the support they need during times of transition — whether returning to a parent unit or settling back into civilian life.

GSTC delivers comprehensive outreach, engagement and digital enterprise services supporting more than 5 million users across 50 quality-of-life programs and over 20 websites and applications, including the flagship Military OneSource platform. Our work focuses on translating policy-driven, technical and often complex subject matter into clear, actionable communications tailored for diverse audiences.

Defense Suicide Prevention Office

We delivered comprehensive administrative, legislative. communications, and operational support to the Defense Suicide Prevention Office, advancing its mission to build a mission-ready, suicide-free military community. We partnered closely with DSPO to adapt programs to evolving federal requirements, strengthen policy compliance, and execute strategic communications that amplified outreach across media, digital platforms, and leadership engagements.

We provided innovative and responsive strategic communication strategies and annual communication plans, developing and managing novel digital platforms (e.g., social media, the FINRED website) and supporting outreach and engagement, event planning and support, curriculum and training development, multimedia designs and products, and trend research and analysis aimed at understanding and improving the financial literacy of Service members and their families.

Career Transitions & Opportunities

GTSC™ actively supports the reintegration, education and advancement of combatants in health care. We mobilize service members into meaningful careers in military health care after leaving active duty, providing access to the support needed and coaching them in 23 different career fields.

Military spouses also deserve the opportunity to take control of their future. We work to make this happen by coordinating the Military Spouse Employment Partnership annual meeting and providing them with access to quality, online content specifically designed to help them advance their education and careers.
