IntelligenceCareers.com was founded in 1997 as GWorx Virtual Domain Systems Analyst then was incorporated in 1999 and renamed IntelligenceCareers.com (ICi).

In 2021, ICi branched out with the BillGoldenJobs.com (BGJ) jobs and career information website. This branching allowed for more diversification across commercial, national defense and national security career fields. GTSC™ campaigns utilize the ICi and BGJ networks to reach high-quality professionals.

After completing a market analysis for The Bowen Group, we set expectations internally as to what the recruiting challenge would be for their nationally based workforce.

A strategic plan rather than a tactical “hire-now” approach was implemented for talent acquisition. Our objective was to grow awareness among professionals in 37 states of the employment opportunities that existed — even though some states had 97.7% full employment. We then created a tactical timeline strategy for reaching the desired number of hires.
