Global Science & Technology, LLC, a subsidiary of GTSC, has been awarded a position on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) ProTech Weather 2.0 contract vehicle, where it will support the agency with cutting-edge scientific, engineering and technical services in support of its weather, water and climate missions.

ProTech Weather 2.0 is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that enables NOAA to issue task orders for mission-critical services that advance forecasting capabilities, observational systems, modeling, data management and decision support tools.

“We are honored to continue supporting NOAA’s vital mission through the ProTech Weather 2.0 vehicle,” said Samir Chettri, vice president of operations at GST. “GST has a long-standing partnership with NOAA, and this award reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that strengthen the nation’s weather and climate enterprise.”

GST brings decades of experience supporting NOAA across satellite services, weather operations, systems engineering, program management, data analytics and enterprise IT. As part of GTSC’s expanding portfolio, GST combines deep domain expertise with scalable technical capabilities to support NOAA’s evolving priorities in resilience, environmental intelligence and operational excellence.

Through ProTech Weather 2.0, GST will compete for and execute task orders supporting a broad range of NOAA line offices, including the National Weather Service (NWS), Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) and other mission partners.

The ProTech Weather 2.0 contract provides NOAA with streamlined access to qualified industry partners capable of delivering high-impact solutions aligned with the agency’s strategic goals.

“This award reflects the strength of our team, our trusted client relationships, and our ability to deliver results in complex federal environments,” Chettri added. “As a subsidiary of Government Technical Services Corporation (GTSC), GST is well-positioned to bring enhanced scale, agility and innovation to NOAA and its stakeholders.”
