Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO)

The Bowen Group supports the development, implementation, centralization, standardization, communication and evaluation of Department of Defense (DoD) suicide programs, policies, research and data surveillance activities.

Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Service

The Bowen Group provides support for the coordination and delivery of a broad range of quality-of-life programs within the DoD. The user base consists of 5.2 million participants including active duty members, members of the reserve services, retirees and eligible family members.

White House/VA Hotline

The WH/VA Hotline began operations in September 2017 using improved user experience (UX) as its guiding objective and provided for a 24/7 Tier 1 contact center. We provide Tier 1 hotline support as a referral contact center to resolve veteran problems as they come in.

Department of Defense Office of Financial Readiness, Personal Financial Counseling

Bowen maintains a deployable network of PFCs to support multiple locations and meet the government’s need for rotational, surge and on-demand support for both financial counseling and mandatory financial training requirements.

OUSD (P&R) FINRED

Bowen supports the government with strategic communication, educational outreach and development, and management support services delivered across multiple modalities and communication avenues. Our services help develop and sustain financially ready and resilient service members and families across the military life cycle.
