Recruiters on the GTSC Talent Solutions team are entrusted with a combination of direct and indirect responsibilities to support the organization’s diverse staffing needs. Each recruiter maintains direct accountability for managing talent acquisition processes for designated internal clients. These clients include AEITS, Datawiz, Global Science and Technology, The Bowen Group and GTSC headquarters personnel. By focusing on these assignments, recruiters ensure that the unique needs of each group are met efficiently and effectively.

Some recruiters act as both interviewer and hiring decision manager for the Veterans Experience Office Contact Center (VEOCC) contract, which hires more than 350 customer service representatives each year. Oher recruiters develop, manage and execute social media marketing strategies, which also includes physical presence at regional events for professionals, designed to attract talent across all companies within the GTSC family.
